Today, we celebrate the significance of everyone's sexual health and wellbeing on this year's World Sexual Health Day. Welcoming diversity and encouraging open communication with everyone.
This day serves as a reminder that having a healthy sexual life is a fundamental human right that is linked to our general well-being. Let's deconstruct stigma and false information barriers to create a society where everyone has access to the information and resources they need for making empowered decisions about their sexual health.
Together, Tamaraws, we can build a world in which everyone values, respects, and protects sexual health.

BE BRAVE! 🇵🇭
Today, we commemorate the bravery of every Filipino hero who fought for the independence, identity, culture and tradition, and language of our beloved country. The very heroes who dedicated their knowledge and lives not just for the sake of not repeating what's in the past but to protect the present and assure a better future for every Filipino.
May we not forget the burning passion they have contributed to lighting up our country amidst the darkness. They may not be present anymore, but they will be remembered and live in our hearts for as long as the Philippines stands tall for every difficulty and challenges to be faced.
Remember them fondly and be brave, Tamaraws!

“If we Filipinos cannot fight for our freedom, we do not deserve it.” - Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr.
We remember Ninoy Aquino today for his courage and compassion in igniting the flames of freedom. His unwavering stand for democracy, even in the face of danger, inspires generations to rise above fear and fight for justice.
He serves as a reminder that despite obtaining freedom happens at a great cost, it is always worthwhile, making every Filipino deserving of the freedom we deserve.
Tamaraws, always remember that freedom demands vigilance, persistence, and a willingness to stand up against oppression. Let's respect his legacy while continuously progressing forward in the direction of a more just and better Philippines.
