GARIBAY has successfully completed the defense of his licentiate thesis with a title, โ€œCANONICAL ELEMENTS OF REDEFINING PAROCHIAL TERRITORIES: DEVELOPING PROCEDURAL GUIDELINES FOR THE ARCHDIOCESE OF NUEVA SEGOVIA,โ€ yesterday, March 26, 2026, before the duly constituted members of the panel.

This work, carried out under the expert direction of Rev. Fr. Victor De Guzman, J.C.L., represents a significant contribution to the ongoing scholarly service of the Churchโ€™s juridical tradition.
