Following the suspension of on-site work operations at LPU Manila due to inclement weather, the Alumni Affairs Office will continue Alumni Clearance processing today, August 29, 2026, until 12:00 noon only.

Clearance processing will resume on September 1, 2026.

Graduating students are encouraged to monitor this page and the University's official communication channels for any further updates or changes to the schedule.

Please prioritize your safety when travelling to and from the University.

Due to the suspension of on-site work operations at LPU Manila effective 3:30 PM today, brought about by inclement weather associated with the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and the Low Pressure Area (LPA), the Alumni Affairs Office will close at 3:30 PM today.

Alumni Clearance processing will continue tomorrow, August 29, 2026, subject to further advice from University Management and prevailing weather advisories.

Graduating students are encouraged to monitor this page and the University's official communication channels for any updates or changes to the schedule.

Please prioritize your safety when travelling to and from the University.

πŸ“’ Alumni Clearance Advisory

To ensure an orderly and efficient Alumni Clearance process, the Alumni Affairs Office will accommodate a maximum number of students per day, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Daily Processing Capacity: 250 students.

Queue numbers will be issued until the daily processing capacity is reached. If the clearance process moves faster than anticipated, additional students may be accommodated beyond the initial 250, subject to the Office's capacity for the day.

To help expedite your transaction, please make sure to:

1. Complete all required clearance transactions with the other offices.

2. Settle the required clearance fee with the University Cashier.

3. Complete the Alumni Membership and eCard Application Form online before proceeding to the Alumni Affairs Office.

4. Get your queue number from the Alumni Affairs Office at Room 103A or from the Security Personnel, then proceed to Room 208 for the clearance process.

We encourage graduating students to complete the online registration in advance and arrive early to avoid delays.
