Another Academic year has ended. Thank you so much HRM and HM students for giving us the opportunity to serve you. To Chef Julie, who has been supporting us all throughout this year, thank you. To the president, Sharmaine Santos, thank you for the hardwork and responsibility to serve our fellow HM and HRM. To my fellow officers, thank you for being strong and having initiative to serve.

Newly elected officers will continue this journey and the legacy of the HM and HRM. For the Betterment of the program, to Motivate the students, and to Boost the potential skills, we are here to serve you. Goodluck to us incoming officers for the A.Y. 2013-2014. :)

The position I took is not JUST neither an opportunity nor JUST a task. But, thinking of its goal and outcome, which is to serve YOU and to utilize one's skill and strategy for everyone's BETTERMENT, serves as my MOTIVATION and INSPIRATION; not just to take, but to have it.
Hello HM, HRM and TM Students. I just want to apologize for not having a formal exit. I did not expect that our OJT will be this early. Hoping that this exit will not be the basis of what we did for this term. Actually, I would still like to continue what I started. But, maybe it is time to give others a chance.
This coming school year, another set of officers will serve YOU, the batch that will continue my and our journey, as we are focusing on one's mission and vision.
This exit wouldn't mean a goodbye; it is not the position that varies, but it is the heart to SERVE. I and we will still be here. As they will continue our journey, we are still aiming for one's SUCCESS and BETTERMENT.
THANK YOU, everyone FOR THIS CHANCE. I learned and I grew up enough for this. To Chef Julie, Thank you very much for your help and patience. To my ever supporting officers, Kaye Garcia, Donna Ycaro, Apple Janessa Baisa, Christian Leo M. Flameño, Kate Charlotte Freo and Francis Stephen Quinones Medina, we made it! Good Day to my dearest HM and HRM Students! There is a current line-up of the incoming Letran CHEFS Officers for 2013-2014. Good day Letran Chefs!
The University of Santo Thomas is inviting us for "The First Thomasian Student Food and Hospitality Marketing Convention" with the theme " PRISM: Transforming the Ordinary into Extraordinary Through Advertising", to be held on Feb 11, 2012 at Le Pavillion Metropolitan Park, Pasay City from 1:00pm to 8:00pm.
They have alloted 5 seats for our organization. So, I need 5 REPRESENTATIVES from HM and HRM Students.
An amount of Php600 will be collected for the said event with an inclusion of food and souvenir.
I need your names on or before Jan 23. Kindly just contact/approach me or any of the officers, if interested.

These are the categories for the 3rd MCOP:

Plated Dessert - Individual
Market Basket - Pair
Creative Cake Decoration - Group (3 members)
Food Fest - HM 3rd year students
Bartending and Cocktail Mixing - Individual
Table Setting - Pair

Registration forms will be available by tomorrow.

Registration fees:

Individual - 200Php
Pair - 300Php
Group - 500Php

Once the registration form is accomplished,kindly submit it with the registration fee to any Letran CHEFS officers. And for questions and concerns,don't hesitate to approach our officers, any HM faculty or leave a comment on this post.
