Thank you so much po Sir Ray and to all Ray A. Gapuz Review System staff specially sa mga staff nung Bootcamp sa Baguio last July 15 onwards. Kahit 1-month lang po ang review ko and I remember I just enrolled July 15, 2024 mismo sa Bootcamp po, and doon pa lang ako as in nagstart mag aral and maximize my time na dapat sa 1-month leave ko is ready na ako kahit papano for my exam dahil working po ako as an ICU nurse and 1-month lang po ang leave ko. After the Bootcamp, binasa ko lahat ng notes ko, all my handouts during the Bootcamp with all my test papers and analyze the concepts and 2 days before the exam I finished my book NCLEX 311. Yan po ang nagamit ko for my 1-month review. And para sakin, hindi ko lahat ito magagawa at makakaya without the presence of GOD and Prayers po talaga.. Action (Review) with lots of Prayers and Believing that GOD will provide and Believing that you can do it, will eventually lead you to what you prayed for. While I am on my way to Armstrong Building I kept on Praying until I reached the venue and when I sat and started my exam, my anxiety fades away and if i am discombobulated with some questions i just deep breathe and call the name of Jesus, St.Therese, St.Jude and Padre Pio.. I am not in a hurry to answer my exam; rather, I took my time for each question and understood it very well, especially in SATAs and Case Studies.. My computer shuts down at 126, after I clicked my answer on 126 then boom it shuts down. Sobrang nahirapan ako sa last part ng exam ko as in kasi meron yung kung anu ano na tinatanong sakin, pero ginagawa ko dinadisect ko each choices at inaapply ko yung concept ko. Grabe as in magaling magtago ng sagot ang way ng pagkaka construct ng NCLEX exam. Pero thanks God and thank you to Sir Ray and the RAGRS Family. I made it po!
All Glory Belongs To God.

I passed the NGN NCLEX Exam…
I took the exam last August 17, 2024, and my computer stopped at the 100th question. During that time, I was a bit nervous and kept telling myself to relax and “go slow…” (like what sir Ray has told us to do). In your preparation, indeed, challenges might come and even distract you. But, stay focused, kapit lang and always pray…
The NCLEX 311, Comprehensive Review, Course Shell along with the Qbanks, Dr. Ray's Youtube channel and the 3-day Quickfix helped me big time (nacover nila lahat) … Trust in the system.
Thanks a million, to the people who made a tremendous impact during my NCLEX journey: to Dr. Ray and all the Mentors who never get tired of instilling concepts and necessary topics, and even words of wisdom, you are all our earth angels ; to the IT and Coordinators especially Ms. Jhoann -- for all the tireless assistance; and to my loving husband and daughter, my parents and the rest of the family and friends, thank you for the inspiration, love, prayer and support… I am over the moon!
Keep fighting towards your dream colleagues. Never stop believing “I AM NEXT”
You are next!

Matthew 7:7-8 KJV
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: for every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
Firstly, I thank God above all for His Faithfulness, and for Him leading me to RAGRS. Honestly, I prayed for questions that I may have tackled more, situational questions that I may have mastered at least and Him to stay beside me during the exam and I believe He was. I admit I was not able to conquer the whole of the old and new NCLEX 311 nor the Pharmacology and the others, nor the Comprehensive… I even became so exhausted and so sleepy during the Bootcamp. Though i fail to inculcate all into my rusty brain, i hand write for highlights, i also google to expand lalo na yung nakakalimutan ko sa review or sa TOP na just like what you have said sir Ray, na parang “ identify what’s effective to you” na parang “what works for others does not work for you” basta parang ganon po, so i focus more sa TOP, i feel like i need to familiarize with how to approach questions then sa mga d ko familiar na cases I search back. At work, when the day was not tough, i had my lap to the TOP on my bed at home TOP na ang pampatulog ko. When doing household chores ulit ulit ulit po ako sa Tiktok/YouTube/Facebook niyo po wala na talaga po akong time to read all the past mock tests but of course it all did help.
I don’t feel like taking the exam yet kasi feeling ko it’s not enough pa po tlga but i needed to kc till August 20 nlng pala valid ang ATT ko.
I booked a 3nights 4days in a hotel near trident sabiko tatapusin ko lahat ng TOP na walang distorbo but I was not able to. I am there so anxiously listening as well at nag tatake down notes, at nag t-TOP pa din at the same time during the online Quickfix nyo po sir Ray (aug14-16) till i need to prepare na for my exam ng 4:30 of the 16th at di ko na alam kung gumagana pa brain cells ko during those times so i even pray harder! I submitted all to God and this is it! Wala na akong magagawa, i need to go to trident now!
After the exam… (umabot po ako ng 150Qs) ayoko ng mag isip at ayokong tanungin sa Itaps Gapuz or sa RAGS Baguio if when ang result. I just accidentally open RAGRS messenger kaninang umaga lang (Aug 20) w/o a message pero nangumusta po kayo lakas loob ko nalang pong tanong if ilang days po ang result then yun na po nag Congrats na po kayo……. tas di ko alam if totoo at nangulit pa if true talaga ako yun! Sana wala na pong bawihan hahaha!
Lastly Again, To GOD be all the Glory Thank You sir Ray and all the staff for the assistance, “goodlucks”at sa lahat lahat na po. More power and blessings pa po sa inyo.

From the Philippine Nursing Licensure exam to NCLEX, proud Ray Gapuz baby! Ray A. Gapuz Review System ang foundation ko. 3x akong nag replay ng Comprehensive Review. Kaya talagang tumatak sa akin ang lahat ng dapat malaman ko. At ang NCLEX 311 book big help!!
When I saw my locker number I smiled! Because it was the same on my exam date. Locker #14, exam date: August 14, 2024. I felt like the Lord told me that this is it. That I will pass! To sir Ray, thank you so much! Thank you for helping me reach my American dream. To all the mentors and staff of RAGRS thank you so much po! God bless.
To my children Gavin & Sam, mommy is now a USRN! To my partner Robert, thank you so much for supporting me. To my parents, mama Cleo, nanay Sofia & my sisters thank you for believing in me.

With a grateful heart, I would like to extend my thanks to all the mentors and staff of the Ray A. Gapuz Review System. I took my NGN-NCLEX Exam last August 14, 2024, maxed out the 150 questions with more than 5 case studies, had a throbbing headache before, during and after the exam, but by His grace, was able to finish it on time. A day after, I received an email from my NRB with a congratulatory message stating that my license has been issued! I was in awe! I checked my account and I remembered reading everything in my screen (from the logo up unto the last point in it) my license is active indeed! Then I checked my Pearson vue account, and this was where it gets interesting. The quick result was not available at that time. So I was torn between celebrating and crying!! Patiently waited for the quick result, and it is now official that I am a USRN! Salamat AMA!!
My NCLEX journey was tough, I must say, but it was all worth it when I finally passed the exam. When I came across the RAGRS, I knew right then that this is the best option for my NCLEX review. I enrolled in their first ever evening class. I was working and at the same time studying at night up to dawn. And even stretched my review after I’m off work. Studied under the guidance of all the mentors. Utilized the system’s review materials (Comprehensive Review, Course Shell, 3-day Quickfix, Pharmacology Book, the old and the new NCLEX 311 Book). I even listened to Sir Ray’s Quickfix videos way back 2021. The perfect recipe for passing the NGN-NCLEX Exam! THANK YOU RAGRS TEAM FOR MAKING MY NGN-NCLEX journey fun and memorable!
To Sir Ray, the man behind my success and every nurses’ success, thank you for sharing your knowledge and wisdom with us. I have been inspired by listening to you, not just on your commitment to the nursing profession, but moreover to your passion to help every nurse fulfill their dreams. May our Almighty Father bless you in everything you do and multiply your resources a thousand folds, Sir!
Lastly, to my ever supportive parents, thank you for everything! No amount of words could express my gratitude to you. You have brought me up to where I am now. To my loving husband, I am forever grateful for the understanding and I appreciate your sacrifices. I love you!
To my families and friends, thank you for the encouragement and prayers!
AMA, I offer everything to you, whatever I have and whoever I am now, it’s all because of YOU!

My journey before taking the NGN-NCLEX has a lot of struggles. Having two jobs while completing the requirements in my research study didn’t dismay and stopped me along the way. That was because of the full support and guidance that the RAY A. GAPUZ REVIEW SYSTEM provided me until I passed my NGN-NCLEX.
Thank you so much Doc. Ray and to all the staff of RAGRS. I am blessed that this company is composed of valuable, passionate and amazing people. Moreover, the Functional Concept is totally solid and helpful, I am 100% sure that for as long as your foundation and concept are intact, there will be no question that you cannot answer. I utilized all of the methodologies that the company’s offering: Comprehensive Reviews, Bootcamp, Quickfix sessions, the LMS, the NGN-NCLEX 311 (which I read 1 day before I took the exam). I also get to love answering both PDF and online exams which helped me master my skill in choosing the correct option/s for every question in the actual NGN-NCLEX.Mabuhay ang Ray A. I took my exam last August 3, and my computer stopped at 85 questions after 3 hours. After 48 hours, I received my unofficial Quick Result showing a PASS.
The Ray A. Gapuz Review System was one of my many sources during my review. I attended their Comprehensive Review, Quickfix online twice, and utilized the mentoring with Miss Maclaine, which really helped me the most. I also answered QBANKS in TOP several times to build my stamina in answering questions. For the books, I read the NCLEX 311 old version twice and the Nursing Reminder Sheet days before my exam.
Huge thanks to all the RAGRS staff, especially to Mentor Francis, Miss Maclaine, Sir Ray and Miss Jhoann. Thank you for being part of my success in becoming a USRN.
To all test-takers, believe in yourself, pray and manifest that YOU ARE NEXT!

Hello po sir Ray, just wanted to thank everyone-sa lahat po ng mga mentors and IT staff-everyone makes their own way to help all the students to pass, especially for someone like me working overseas at hindi maka-attend ng mga zoom lectures, sobrang nakatulong ang mga recorded lectures.
Nag exam po ako nung July 29 sir and pass, my computer shut off at 104th, sobrang nafeel ko ang divine intervention nanginginig ako while holding the mouse akala ko may napindot ako sa computer tapos nag appear sa screen ko na natapos ko na ang exam in 3 hours tapos may survey.
Thank you sa mantra na “I am next” - I even went to the restroom before the examination starts just to tell that myself sir grabe lahat ng concept andun lahat sa mga Comprehensive Review and Quickfix na 3-days at COURSE SHELL. Basta binasa ko lang ng paulit ulit ang mga tanong at hindi ako nagmadali grabe sir para akong nasa review lang nung nakaharap ako sa computer.
Super THANK YOU to the whole team po and May Godbless you more and more! Proud RayGapuz baby here.

To my very supportive family, a heartfelt thanks! Eyy!!!
To Sir Ray A. Gapuz and the whole Ray A. Gapuz Review System team, thank you. You are the game changer. I can’t do it on my own without your system. I utilized all your unlimited resources, 3 Comprehensive Reviews, 1 Bootcamp, 2 Quick Fix F2F, finished all activities in the Course Shell, answered TOP, watched the latest YouTube Videos, followed the Study Guide from Sir Ray, and lastly the powerful NCLEX 311 BOOK that I read a day before my exam.
To ITAPS Gapuz, especially Ms. Faith, thank you for the very fast and hassle-free application and processing of my papers. I started my application mid Feb 2024, got Eligibility May first week and applied for ATT. Thank you for delivering exceptional service from the very start up to my quick results.
During my exam, I applied all the strategies that Sir Ray taught us, the think FIRST, SAQA, MACS, and remembered to GO SLOW. My anxiety kicked in when my computer didn’t shut down at 85, I calmed myself and proceeded answering, then at question no. 90, my computer shuts off at exactly 3 hours.
My colleagues believe that YOU ARE NEXT. Just trust the RAGRS System. It will be all worth it.

BIG thank you Sir Ray A. Gapuz, Mentors, IT at sa lahat ng staff. I appreciate the time and effort for giving us the quality lectures that I need to pass the NGN NCLEX exam. Thank you for the mantra “ I believe I am next” at nangyari nga po. I’m still overwhelmed with this new milestone in my career ngayon sure na ako na babalik sa New York as USRN.
The think FIRST strategy, QUICKFIX, BOOTCAMP, Course Shell, Comprehensive Review and the old and new NCLEX 311 book lahat po sulit sa review ko. Highly recommended review center and well equipped simulation room. To my partner, family, relatives and friends. I made it.

I took my exam last July 23 and passed. The examination stopped at the 85th question. It took me two hours until my computer shut down at 85. I was so nervous and didn’t know what to expect after. I thought I will not make it since I am struggling with work and review. The Comprehensive Review, the Course Shell with their Qbanks and Quickfix (which I attended three times) helped and gave me confidence that I will pass. I also read the NCLEX 311 twice
I am really grateful that I had the best review center. Thank you to Sir Ray, Mentors, coordinators and IT staff for helping me to prepare. Continue helping other nurses to fulfill their American dream. Again, thank you so much and God bless you.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Ray Gapuz and to Ray A. Gapuz Review System team for guiding me in my entire review. Also, to Ms. Jhoann na walang sawang sumagot sa mga questions ko. God speed!
Honestly, tanggap ko na po na I will fail the exam dahil hindi po ako masyadong nakapagprepare. A month before my exam, I had a motorcycle accident with minor injuries kaya 2 weeks akong nastop sa review. My remaining 2 weeks, I’ve used NGN simulation/Qbank, NCLEX 311, Course Shell, Youtube videos, Mentoring and 3-day QuickFix (face to face) which really helped me a lot! Perfect recipe of success!
Sinunod ko po ang advice nyo Dr. Ray na “wag mamaru” and “go slow” to the point na I ran out of time. Hehehe. I stopped at 133. I cried, prayed and I surrendered all to HIM.

Returning to the nursing profession after such a long hiatus was daunting. Balancing study with personal responsibilities was challenging. Passing the NCLEX after 17 years away from clinical practice is a remarkable achievement that I am immensely proud of. Shutting down at 85 felt a mix of nerves with both anxiety and anticipation. As I answered each question, I relied on the critical thinking skills and concepts I had regained during my review. Having a great mentor like sir Ray A. Gapuz, who trained me in the strategies and techniques allowed me to approach each question with clarity and precision. Your mentorship has been a cornerstone of my success, I am profoundly THANKFUL for the wisdom, encouragement and patience you have shown me (even if gaga akong sumagot sa test and I think like a “bulbol!” LOL!). Your expertise and dedication were evident in every review session and your passion for teaching makes learning more fun. To all my mentors of Ray A. Gapuz Review System, THANK YOU for being more than a mentor, each of you played a crucial role in this journey, your teaching strategies and guidance tailored me to confidently ace the exam. Enrolling in a reputable nursing review is the first and most significant part and thank God I have RAGRS. They provided a structured program that refreshed my knowledge. The comprehensive review sessions, up-to-date study materials, the simulated exams they provided were instrumental in helping me familiarize myself with the exam format. Nevertheless, the HOLY GRAIL NCLEX 311 BOOK was the perfect recipe for passing the NCLEX. The staff and ITs were incredibly supportive and always readily available 24/7, my sincerest THANK YOU!
“Soar to new heights!” yan yung autograph ni Sir Ray sa book ko and indeed it’s the start of aiming high and unlocking my potential. Stay committed, utilize the resources, and BELIEVE in your ability to succeed, and it’s possible. The journey may be challenging but the reward is truly WORTH IT. Trust in the power of “I BELIEVE, I AM NEXT” but don’t forget – “WAG MAMARU!” and always PRAY.
