Learning is a meaningful encounter between the teacher and the pupil in an effort to guide him to self-actualize through vicarious learning experiences. Teaching is a progressive activity of accepting the pupil the way he is gradually growing, moving, and elevating him to a level conducive to propel his growth and development. The Teacher should have well-integrated personality imbued with a Catholic, Filipino, and Carmelite ideals of truth, skillful, and proficient in the fulfillment of his mission.
