UPCAT 2026 applicants who have successfully submitted their online application and have been confirmed by their school may already download the UPCAT reviewer from the application portal.

Please note the following:
- You may download the reviewer a maximum of five (5) times.
- Ensure that you have a stable internet connection before attempting to download.
- The reviewer does not come with an answer key. It serves only as a sample exam so you are aware of what to expect in the UPCAT.
- DO NOT share this reviewer with others.

The official results of the National Competitive Mock UPCAT 2026 Online Examination – Round 3, conducted from June 5 to June 8, 2025, have been released—and once again, Pinnacle UPCAT Online Review asserts its position as the leading UPCAT review center in the country. The University of the Philippines (UP) maintains its lead among the country's higher education institutions in the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings (WUR) 2026. Released on June 19, 2025, the national university is ranked 362nd out of 1,501 universities worldwide.

Meanwhile, Adamson University and Mapua University made the list for the first time.

2025 General Appeals

Applicants with a UPG of 2.800 or better, or waitlisted applicants who have not been offered a degree program may appeal through the DIWA portal starting 19 June 2025.

Please be guided by the UPG cutoff score per UP campus. Note that some campuses or degree programs have additional requirements to appeal. Only degree programs and campuses for which you meet the appeals criteria and which have available slots will appear in the DIWA portal for you.

Iskolar ng Bayan Program 2025

Applicants who are part of the top 10 of the graduating batch of a public senior high school and have not been offered a degree program may apply for the Iskolar ng Bayan Program through the DIWA portal from 19 to 20 June 2025.

A certification from the school, signed by the Principal or School Head, indicating that the applicant is part of the Top 10 of the graduating batch must be uploaded to the portal during the application.

Please note that if you apply for the INB program, you will no longer be able to participate in the first batch of general appeals.

Results will be released from 23 to 24 June 2025. If offered a slot, please confirm by 11:59 PM of the day after the release of your results.

Iskolar ng Bayan Program 2025

The University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman emerged as the top performing school in the May 2025 Licensure Examination for Certified Public Accountants released by the Professional Regulation Commission on June 4, 2025. All 60 examinees from UPD passed the exam.

Among the examinees from UPD, Iskolar ng Bayan John Elrich R. Gamboa landed in rank one, posting a rating of 92.67%.

Aside from UPD, UP Tacloban also posted a 100% passing rate with all of its nine examinees successfully passing the exams. UP Visayas also had all of its six first-time test-takers pass the test. One of its two retakers, unfortunately, did not make the cut, resulting in an overall passing rate of 87.50%.
