Ang ika-21 ng Agosto ay isang makasaysayang araw sa kalendaryo na ating binibigyang-halaga. Sa araw na ito, ating ginugunita ang kagitingan at sakripisyong inialay ni Senador Benigno Simeรณn "Ninoy" Aquino Jr., isang lider na nagmulat sa mga mata ng Pilipino at naging simbolo ng pag-asa. ๐Ÿ—“

Sa kaniyang buhay, naipakita niya ang tunay na diwa ng nasyonalismo. Sa pamamagitan ng kaniyang dedikasyon at tapang, nagbukas siya ng pintuan tungo sa kalayaan at demokrasya. Sa araw na ito, ating ginugunita ang Kapistahan ni Beato Manes de Guzmรกn, ang patron ng UST Junior High School at isang huwaran ng tapat na paglilingkod sa Diyos at sa kapwa. ๐ŸŒฟ

Sa kanyang buhay, makikita ang matatag na pananampalataya, kababaang-loob, at pusong handang maglingkod. Bilang ating patron, nawaโ€™y magsilbi siyang gabay sa bawat Tomasino sa pagpili ng kabutihan, pagtupad sa tungkulin, at pamumuhay ayon sa kalooban ng Diyos. ๐Ÿค

Sa paggunita ng kanyang kapistahan, nawaโ€™y patuloy nating dalhin ang kanyang halimbawa sa ating mga puso at gawain. Nawaโ€™y sa bawat hakbang ng ating paglalakbay bilang mga mag-aaral, manatili tayong may pusong naglilingkod, nananalig, at nagbibigay-liwanag sa iba.

Sa banal na araw na ito, ipinagdiriwang natin ang Dakilang Kapistahan ng Pag-aakyat sa Langit ng Mahal na Birheng Maria, bilang paggunita sa maluwalhating sandali kung kailan natupad ang paglalakbay ng ating Mahal na Ina sa mundo at siya ay iniakyat sa langit, katawan at kaluluwa. โ˜๏ธ๐Ÿ’™

Ang banal na aral na ito ay nagsisilbing liwanag ng pag-asa, na nagpapakita sa atin na si Inang Maria ay ang unang lubos na nakaranas ng pangako ng muling pagkabuhay. Ipinaaalala nito sa atin na ang ating mga kaluluwa ay nakalaan para sa buhay na walang hanggan, at naghihintay tayo sa muling pagkabuhay ng ating mga katawan sa langit, ang ating tunay na tahanan. โœ๏ธ

Sa ating paglalakbay sa buhay, nawaโ€™y ang kanyang taos-pusong โ€œooโ€ sa Diyos ay magsilbing inspirasyon upang mamuhay tayo nang may tunay na layunin. Project PULSO: Hakbang sa Kalusugan continuously strives towards health, and championing the well-being of each student in collaboration with the UST JHS Athletics Club, UST JHS Cultural Dance Troupe, UST JHS Peer Facilitator's Club, and the UST JHS Pep Squad! ๐Ÿ’ซ

Through this, students are able to take the time to pause and focus on the rhythm that keeps them moving. This project aims to foster healthy habits, cultivating its vital connection towards their own unique talents and success. ๐Ÿชฝ
