JCI Manila - Handog Lingap 2013

Handog Lingap, which started in the 1980's, is JCI-Manila's annual socio-civic activity for children with special needs.
Last year, the Department of Education, Lozada Swimming School, Marc Nelson, Rovilson Fernandez and the office of the Mayor of Manila were our main partners who taught the children how to swim. This year, we are going to be treating these children to a day of fun and learning in Manila Ocean Park. Over 700-800 kids from DECS Manila's SPED (Special Education) mostly deaf, mute & with down-syndrome
