The feast of the 𝘽𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙉𝙖𝙯𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚 is more than a religious celebration. It is a reminder to us to find strength in 𝙅𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙨’ love and mercy and to carry the weight of our problems with him as he carry his cross.

The year that is about to end asked for so much courage, and many chose to show up anyway. Through shared laughter and quiet tears, moments of excitement, late nights, small wins, and even the unspoken burdens carried in silence—each one proved just how brave they truly are. Making it through was never easy, but they did it, and that alone is something worth honoring.

With that, 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐒𝐀𝐘 𝐁𝐈𝐃𝟒 welcomes 2026 with open arms and positive hearts✨. May the heaviness and negative energies of the past year be left behind, making room for lighter days, stronger hearts, and more shared positivity. 𝘛𝘰 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 𝘙𝘪𝘻𝘢𝘭 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘺.

To this day, we commemorate the 129th anniversary of the martyrdom of Dr. Jose Protacio Rizal Mercado y Alonso Realonda, our national hero and pride of the Filipino people. He was a physician, poet, linguist, sculptor, and political essayist, Rizal authored Noli Me Tangere (1887) and El Filibusterismo (1891), works that exposed the injustices of Spanish colonial rule. In 1892, he founded La Liga Filipina, an organization that sought to defend Filipino rights, which lead to his arrest and exile in Dapitan. He was accused of inspiring the Philippine Revolution, which ensued his ex*****on on December 30, 1896, in Bagumbayan (Rizal Park) (National Historical Commission of the Philippines, 2000).

His patriotism continues to guide us, and with love for our country and fellow Filipinos, we must stand firm for truth and justice. As we are facing corruption issues in our country, we are called to embody Rizal’s courage, to call for accountability, and instill into us our duty to protect Inang Bayan and the future generations. Because to remember Rizal is to resist oppression and confront our struggles.

As the semester gently yields to the Holiday Season, BAPS 3–4 pauses not merely as individuals, but as a collective shaped by shared learning, dialogue, and growth. This time of year invites us to slow down—to reflect on the effort we have given, the conversations that challenged us, and the sense of community we quietly built along the way. In these moments of rest, we honor not just the work completed, but the bonds formed within and beyond the classroom.

From our block to every space we now return to, may this season bring clarity, warmth, and renewal. With gratitude and solidarity, we extend our wishes of Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas, carrying forward the spirit of BAPS 3–4 as we honor the work we’ve done, and may the season remind us that what we built together is something worth returning to, and let us prepare for those yet to unfold. 🎄

As we honor the 𝕾𝖔𝖑𝖊𝖒𝖓𝖎𝖙𝖞 𝖔𝖋 𝖙𝖍𝖊 𝕴𝖒𝖒𝖆𝖈𝖚𝖑𝖆𝖙𝖊 𝕮𝖔𝖓𝖈𝖊𝖕𝖙𝖎𝖔𝖓, it reminds us that from the beginning, Mary was chosen, preserved, and filled with grace by God. Today marks the moment God prepared the Mother of Jesus in the most perfect way for her mission in salvation history.

Noong ika-30 ng Nobyembre, taong 1863, isinilang ang dakilang anak ng bayan, si G*t Andres Bonifacio, ang Ama ng Katipunan at simbolo ng tapang at pag-ibig sa Inang Bayan.

Sa ilalim ng kanyang pamumuno, itinatag niya noong 1892 ang Kataastaasang Kagalanggalang na Katipunan ng mga Anak ng Bayan (K*K), samahan ng mga magigiting na mga Pilipino upang itaguyod ang kasarinlan laban sa mapaniil na kapangyarihan ng mga dayuhan.

Kaya ngayon, ating ginugunita ang ika-162 taon ng kapanganakan ni Bonifacio upang magsilbing alala sa pag-alay ng kaniyang sariling buhay upang mamayani ang katarungan at makamit ang kalayaan ng sambayanang Pilipino. At muling maramdaman ang diwa ng Katipunan na patuloy na nananalaytay sa ating dugo.

𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 | BAPS 3-4 at the Highest Court of the Land — 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 🇵🇭

From the four corners of the classroom to the halls of justice, 𝗕𝗔𝗣𝗦 𝟯-𝟰 had the incredible opportunity to immerse themselves in the Judicial Branch of our government last 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟮𝗻𝗱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

The 𝗕𝗔𝗣𝗦 𝟯-𝟰 tour began at the Dignitaries’ Lounge of the 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒕, where 𝗦𝗶𝗿. 𝗔𝗹𝗴𝗲𝗲 delivered the welcoming remarks and presented an overview of the day’s activities. Participants watched brief educational videos about the functions of the Supreme Court and the judicial branch, followed by a short quiz.

Historian 𝗦𝗶𝗿. 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼 then shared insightful discussions on the history of the 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒕—its beginnings, origins, and the significance. A photo opportunity at the iconic facade followed before proceeding to the Session Hall on the second floor.

𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝘇 delivered an informative talk on the Court’s judicial functions, case-handling processes, and the role of the Office of the Spokesperson. The session also included a brief question-and-answer portion and valuable pieces of advice, capped with another photo opportunity.

The tour concluded with a visit to the old Session Hall now a museum where participants revisited the legacy and history of the 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒕, ending the experience with another round of photos.

Truly, it was not just an educational visit but an 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 and 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 journey into the 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲. ⚖️
