📢 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗟 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗜𝗚𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 — 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗔𝗣

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦: Last April 15–16, 2026, the Student Supreme Council (SSC) Campaign was held, featuring candidates from the 𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗔 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 and independent candidate 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗣𝗮𝗷𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗮.

The event gave students the chance to listen, engage, and learn more about the candidates and their platforms 🗳️. Thank you to everyone who participated and made their voices count in shaping the student community 💬.

𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐚 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲: Crowned for the Universe

On May 2, 2026, the Miss Universe Philippines pageant was held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, bringing together candidates from across the country to compete for the national title. More than just a pageant, it serves as a platform for advocacy, representation, and showcasing Filipino identity on the global stage.

On 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟭, the 𝗔𝗖𝗣 (𝘈𝘭𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘊𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘮) was held at different venues by various clubs. The 𝗔𝗖𝗣 aims to connect students with others who share the same interests beyond schoolwork.

The 𝗕𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 held their session at Power Up Badminton, while the 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗔𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯𝘀 held theirs at Bernardo Covered Court. Each club prepared awards and prizes for participants to ensure that everyone had fun.

We hope everyone enjoyed connecting and meeting new people who share the same interests.

Every May 3, 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝗗𝗮𝘆 reminds us that behind every headline is a voice choosing truth over silence. It shines a light on journalists who continue to report with courage despite pressure, danger, and attempts to distort facts.

More than a celebration, today is a call to defend the right to speak, write, and know — something student journalists live out by helping their communities 𝗕𝗲 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱, 𝗕𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗱, and 𝗕𝗲 𝗔𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱.
