Re: PUSH UP Weights Room Schedule (2nd Semester, AY 2025โ€“2026)

Starting Second Semester, AY 2025โ€“2026, PUSH UP will be implementing a new Weights Room schedule in line with the directive of the UP Manila Chancellor and the Department of Physical Education (DPE).

The Weights Room will be open to all UP Manila staff, faculty, and students, supporting the universityโ€™s goal of promoting a healthier and more active campus community.

To balance shared access and continued training for our members, PUSH UP has adjusted its operating schedule accordingly. We encourage everyone to check the updated schedule and plan their workouts ahead.

The updated PUSH UP Weights Room Schedule (for members) is provided in the succeeding post.

To kick off your 2026 New Yearโ€™s resolution of building a healthy and active lifestyle, the Sports Science and Wellness Center (SSWC) is now open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:00 to 10:00 PM for UP Manila employees, JO/COS personnel, and students to access the Multi-Sports Court and Weight Training Room. No pre-registration is required.

This expansion is in support of the Universityโ€™s efforts to promote regular physical activity and overall well-being. Please be guided by the morning and evening schedules in the poster before planning your visit to the SSWC.

To use the facilities in the morning, you will still need to submit a reservation via the official DPE Google Form by Thursday of the week before your visit. Each employee may reserve a maximum of three (3) sessions per week, subject to the daily facility capacity limits.โฃ
