We open Day 2 with a heart-centered and empowering session by Dr. Jaclyn Marie Cauyan, RGC, LPT on “Balance and Boundaries: Self-Care Tools for Educators, Counselors, and Helping Professionals.”

As we care for others, may we also learn to care for ourselves with intention, compassion, and healthy boundaries. 🌿💙
