ID RELEASING

Students covered by the previously announced ID releasing schedule may claim their IDs on any day from August 24 to 28, 2026, during regular office hours, provided that in-person classes are being held on campus.

If in-person classes are suspended or shifted online, ID releasing will likewise be suspended. Students are advised to monitor official University announcements before proceeding to campus.

ADVISORY
Releasing of ID Cards processed in April and May 2026

For students who do not have their claim stub, a photocopy of the Certificate of Enrollment (COE) may be presented when claiming the ID.

A separate schedule will be released for IDs processed beyond May 2026.

Please be advised that the ID releasing activities scheduled for Tuesday, August 18, 2026, are cancelled in view of the shift of classes at all levels to online synchronous mode and the suspension of in-campus office operations due to the inclement weather brought about by the enhanced southwest monsoon.

A new schedule will be announced once finalized.
