My Smart telephone bill came dated April 8 for March usage with a total due of ₱934. My prepaid plan was for ₱599 which has been for years. Since the bill was in excess of my plan, I went to their local office, and to my disappointment, was only to sell and collect payment. However the Manager assured me that they will make a case and investigate. After a few clicks on her keyboard, she said it was a call from Portugal and I did answered it for 6 mins. I insisted I did not received, answered, the call and I do not know anyone in Portugal. Today, at 2:44 AM there was a msg from SMART about the case and still investigating. Then at around 11:30 I received calls from a "Lady Smart Manager" about this case. I tried to call the nos but it goes to so "many" extension, and as my "hearing" is of an 86 yrs old, I could hardly understand what she was talking about. I did asked her if she can possibly do something for the "consumer in this" or is she a manager as a puppet to look only for the PESO value the company does earn? For one, an employee of Smart could be selling to scammer logs of numbers in their account. Who knows? Of course, no body in Smart Company will admit.

Araullo High School Class '53
Few more weeks and it will be two (2) years since we had a happy occasion; knowing we have lost some fellows due to this pandemic, as well as their filled days on earth, to their families my sympathy. To all do stay abreast and keep us informed and may all be in good, healthy and free from sickness and pain.
Hello Fellow Araulleans of Class 53; I hope you are all safe from this Covid 19 Pandemic, and all its complications. Now that we are all in the Autumn of our Life, we need to be more cautious in our necessities, yet we must be actively able to do even slow exercises. Take care and keep well 🤠
Most are in the Autumn of our Life, and I find it quite interesting, if not more than enjoyable, to enjoy some happy moments of uniting with classmates and friends.
Sad to break, but inevitable, to pass the demise of FRANCISCA ANCHETA LICUANAN, our class of "53
Sad news to confirm, from Ms Vicky Salazar, we lost three of our Alumni members, NORMA GUATNO, AURORA SCOTT, AND LEONARDO DE LA PAZ. May their Souls find peace and comfort in the Arms of the Lord, our God.
