𝗦𝗛𝗦 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲

In ensuring the safety and welfare of all attendees after the unforeseen impact of the typhoon Carina and the monsoon rain, an ample time is needed for the cleanup of the venue; thus, the final date of the Senior High School Commencement Exercises is on 𝗔𝗨𝗚𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝟭𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 at the Metropolitan Theater, City of Manila.

Dear Graduating Students,

As we all know, the past few days have been a challenge due to the effects of typhoon Carina and the southwest monsoon (hanging habagat). The entire NCR and nearby provinces were flooded, thus, the postponement of our graduation ceremonies last July 25, 2024 was announced. We do hope all of you and your family are safe.

Our graduation venue, The Metropolitan Theater (MET), one of the heritage sites, was not spared from the aftermath of the typhoon. The inside of MET was also flooded. It will take time to thoroughly clean and dry the orchestra chairs, carpets and to inspect the electrical components and the safety of the hall. In as much as we wanted to have the ceremonies as early as July 29, MET cannot accommodate us for the aforementioned reason.

Thus, the new schedule for our graduation ceremonies will be on August 12, 2024. Same time, same venue. We will be issuing a letter for those whose classes in other schools will be starting already.

Please be advised that the SHS Commencement Exercises scheduled tomorrow, July 25, 2024, at the Metropolitan Theater, Manila is POSTPONED due to inclement weather.
