Last December 16, 2025, Corazon Aquino Hall and Friedenshaus were filled with music, gratitude, and heartfelt joy as the dean of the School of Music, Sr. Agnella Capili, OSB was invited in a surprise celebration for her 60th birthday.

Organized by the School of Music, in collaboration with the priory, staff, and members of the community, the event featured special performances by music students, teachers, and players. The program continued with a lively fast talk and an interview discussing the stories behind the photos flashed on the screen, hosted by Sir Rogie Reyes. This was followed by a photo opportunity with those who attended the first part of the celebration.

Adding to the surprise was the presence of special guests, most especially Sr. Agnella’s family. Those who were unable to attend sent their video greetings, making the occasion even more meaningful. The celebration concluded with a shared lunch at Friedenshaus.

The Aima Labra Makk Piano Masterclass was successfully held on December 11, 2025, at the St. Scholastica's College Manila Rehearsal Hall, bringing together piano major and minor students for a meaningful and enriching learning experience. Facilitated by Sir Rogie Reyes, in cooperation with the SSC Society Of Musicians, the session featured student performances of selected repertoire, followed by in-depth feedback and artistic guidance from guest pianist Aima Labra Makk.

Through hands-on coaching and insightful discussions, the masterclass provided students with the opportunity to refine their playing techniques and gain valuable musical perspectives, contributing to their growth.

The St. Scholastica's College Manila community gathered in thanksgiving as the Community Day Eucharistic Mass was celebrated last December 3, 2025 at the SSC Field, marking the 119th founding anniversary of the institution.

The School of Music led the liturgical music, with Sir Kriss Eusebio, instructor and Society of Musicians Moderator, conducting the ensemble. The Mass was led by Fr. Anselm Manalastas, OSB, ahead of the formal start of the anniversary celebration.

Last December 2, 2025, St. Scholastica's College St. Cecilia’s Hall filled with gratitude and music as the Sr. Baptista Battig Music Foundation, Inc. and The Battig Chamber Singers (BCS) presented “Gratias!”, a Thanksgiving Concert.

The concert featured the SSC Grade School Choir and the Battig Sancta Maria Choir as they celebrated life’s countless blessings, offering tribute to the sponsors, the notable individuals who have been part of the School of Music, and all those who continue to support the Sr. Baptista Battig Music Foundation. Audiences were treated to a varied selection of choral pieces, including O Love by Elaine Hagenburg Leron Leron Sinta, Safe and Sound by Taylor Swift, Remember Me from Coco, Both Sides Now by Joni Mitchell, We Are One by Allen Pote, Hasta La Eternidad by Rose del Rosario, Mas Que Nada by Jorge Ben, and more.

The American Recital Debut Award on Tour 2025 made a stop at St. Scholastica's College Corazon Aquino Hall last December 2, 2025.

The concert featured world-renowned cellist Gabriel Martins and pianist and Steinway Artist Victor Asuncion, brought by the FilAm Music Foundation and hosted by the SSC School of Music in cooperation with the Society Of Musicians (SOM).

Through inspiring performances and masterclasses, the event aimed to bridge cultures through music and education, giving students and audiences the chance to learn from and witness artistry at its finest.
