Last Tuesday, May 19, 2026, the seminar entitled ✨ “Silent Battles, Mindful Voices: Destigmatizing Mental Health Concerns” ✨ was successfully conducted from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Seminar Room 2 by the Civil Society and Citizenship PY1-01 students, with the support of the Guidance Office’s Peer Facilitators Organization.
The event became a meaningful platform that encouraged open conversations about mental health awareness, self-understanding, and breaking the stigma surrounding silent struggles. Through insightful discussions, shared experiences, and engaging activities, participants were reminded that no one has to face their battles alone.
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our guest speaker, adviser, committees, facilitators, volunteers, and everyone who participated and supported this event. Your presence, effort, and encouragement helped make this seminar not only successful, but also impactful and memorable.
May the lessons, realizations, and voices shared during this seminar continue to inspire compassion, awareness, understanding, and courage within our community. 💚✨
Because some battles are silent — but no one should fight them alone.
