1. **What motivated you to start personal training, and how has your experience met or exceeded those expectations?**
Seeing Coach Dan and the LifeSpark Cycling Team, moving so fast on the track, and after attempting a local race in Dubai, I reached out to Coach Dan to get his help.
He informed me that if I committed, we could achieve great results and see huge improvements. The training experience was amazing; the motivation, push, and follow-up made it exceptional and exceeded my expectations.
2. **Can you describe the progress you’ve made since starting your training, both physically and mentally?**
The progress was huge, going from someone who couldn’t reach 30 km/h to being able to join the fast team and reach 43 km/h for a continuous 45 km. The mindset that Coach Dan instills in you is amazing and makes you want to fight till the end, resisting the urge to stop or give up.
3. **How did your personal trainer support you in achieving your fitness goals?**
Through follow-up, proper coaching, leading by example, riding with me, challenging me, and holding my hand to achieve my objectives.
4. **What aspects of the training program did you find most beneficial or enjoyable?
The different energy systems we focused on, as well as the emphasis on foundational core muscle building in parallel with cycling skills and techniques.
5. **Would you recommend my personal training services to others? If so, what would you tell them about your experience?**
Sure, I would! If you want to reach your next level and achieve your ambitions, Coach Dan is your man. Not only will he train you, but you will also experience the good vibes he brings to the community.

1. **What motivated you to start personal training, and how has your experience met or exceeded those expectations?**
I wanted to get better on the bike after I recovered from a myocarditis incident that left me out of sports for 9 months. I was unable to do much on the bike and was always changing, and at the same time, I didn’t want to hurt my heart. A friend recommended Coach Dan, who understood the assignment, exceeded my expectations, and helped me reach another level that I hadn’t anticipated.
2. **Can you describe the progress you've made since starting your training, both physically and mentally?**
I started off not being able to do more than 1 hour at an average speed of 20-22 km/hr on a flat road in DXBIKE. In around 10-12 sessions with Coach Dan, I was able to reach 35 km/hr for a full hour at an average heart rate of 160. After that, Coach Dan trained me more on power and watts, and I was able to maintain an average speed of 35 km/hr with my heart rate around 150-154, which was achieved in about 4 months of starting my training from zero.
3. **How did your personal trainer support you in achieving your fitness goals?**
1. Coach Dan pushed me to my limits.
2. His attitude and persistence in achieving the objectives set for me are incredible; he is more determined than I am to get to where I want to be.
3. He understood my medical condition and guided me on how to always stay safe regarding that aspect.
4. **What aspects of the training program did you find most beneficial or enjoyable?**
The way Coach Dan encourages me to join a fast group and then shows me that I have already surpassed their level and can compete with them easily. One group I joined once was doing 32 km/hr, and I thought I couldn’t keep up with them. Coach Dan pushed me to ride with them, and I ended up pulling them along, telling him, “This is too slow for me; I’m only at 120 watts.” That was fun!
5. **Would you recommend my personal training services to others? If so, what would you tell them about your experience?**
I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Coach Dan is all about making you better; he dedicates his personal time to help you improve and is committed to his work, objectives, and clients. He understands your limits and knows how to push you, and his medical background makes you feel comfortable and safe. He adjusts his schedule to accommodate yours, even at his own convenience. He is the best coach, and I have worked with many coaches before.
