EARIST successfully held a consultative meeting with 𝑫𝒓. 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒍 𝑬. 𝑩𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒂, 𝑪𝑬𝑶 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑭𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝑪𝑩𝑹𝑪, to explore strategic collaborations aimed at elevating board examination performance and enhancing academic support across programs. Attended by the Institute’s top administrators and college deans, the meeting highlighted CBRC’s innovative intervention model, which focuses on critical thinking, item analysis, and predictive tools such as the National Aptitude and Normative Test for Educators (NANTE).

Dr. Balita acknowledged the opportunities within programs on the path to excellence, while commending EARIST’s consistent board exam outcomes. He proposed a no-cost-to-school review initiative, with optional student contributions, and expanded support for Criminology, Education, Architecture, Engineering, and Psychometrician licensure exams.

Key highlights included the proposal to pilot NANTE for 3rd–4th year students and align CBRC’s initiatives with EARIST’s existing strategies. Discussions also opened doors for potential scholarships and partnerships aimed at providing review subsidies.

𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐫. 𝐑𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐨 𝐓. 𝐌𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐨 proudly showcased EARIST’s homegrown innovation—a cost-efficient board exam scanning platform and review software developed in-house. This technology offers up to 80% savings in scanning costs compared to traditional Scantron systems.
Dr. Balita expressed keen interest in collaborating with EARIST to further enhance and scale the software, recognizing its potential to create a nationwide impact.

The College of Business and Public Administration (CBPA) of the Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology (EARIST) successfully convened a panel forum entitled “LINGKOD: Lider at Inspirasyon, Nagsisilbi at Gumagabay sa Kabataang may Obhektibong Desisyon” on June 18, 2025, at the EARIST Amphitheater.

Anchored on the theme, “Igniting the Flame of Youth Leadership: Strengthening Public Service through Purpose and Participation,” the event sought to foster critical discourse on the evolving role of the youth in public administration, participatory governance, and nation-building.

The highlight of the forum was a moderated discussion featuring Atty. Renecio “Luke” Espiritu, a private law practitioner and incumbent National President of Bukluran ng Manggagawang Pilipino (BMP).

Organized by the Bachelor of Public Administration program, this academic initiative aimed to inspire and guide students toward purposeful leadership and active participation in enhancing public service delivery.

This dynamic & sustainable program is designed to engage residents & foster collaboration with city officials. Also, it seeks to enhance community involvement in the care & maintenance of public parks.

This emphasizes the importance of urban green spaces for promoting health, well-being, & biodiversity.
