Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 125, work in government offices and classes at all levels in public and private schools in the following areas are suspended starting 3:00 p.m. on August 13, 2026:

Graduates may also return their graduation attire starting today, August 11 (until 5:00pm only) at the Office of Student Affairs and Services, on a 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐬.

In view of the current inclement weather conditions and in consideration of the safety and well being of the members of the Institute community, Office of the President Memorandum No. 045-2026 has been issued in accordance with Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 123, s. 2026 and the Institute’s existing compressed workweek arrangement.

The memorandum supersedes Memorandum No. 044-2026 and provides the class modality and work arrangements effective August 10, 2026.
