4. 6pcs Photocopy of Valid ID with 3 specimen signatures
5. 4pcs Photocopy of Marriage Contract (if married)
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old

On July 30–31, our school proudly celebrated Nutrition Month with two days full of excitement and healthy spirit! Students showcased their creativity in the Slogan Making Contest, energy in the Yell Competition, knowledge in the Quiz Bee, and energy in the Wellness Competition. Truly a celebration of healthy minds and healthy bodies! 💪✨
