Turning Pages, Touching Lives!
The Institute of Education, in partnership with the IESC, proudly concluded IE-BOOKLAT, a meaningful outreach program dedicated to sharing knowledge, inspiring young minds, and fostering a love for learning.
Through storytelling sessions, distribution of school supplies, and the simple joy of sharing food, our team helped create a day filled with learning, laughter, and hope.

We proudly celebrate our BSED major in Mathematics student for successfully completing the SEA-Teacher Project at Chiang Rai Rajabhat University (CRRU), Thailand.
The exchange program officially concluded last November 27, marking another milestone in international teaching and cultural learning.

TEACHER EDUCATION RESEARCH FORUM 2025
Thesis Defended!
Our IE–Undergraduate Studies Year 4 students have successfully defended their research papers during the Teacher Education Research Forum held last December 3 at the IE Model Classrooms.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our faculty members who served as examiners, and warm congratulations to our students for reaching this milestone.
Congratulations also to the Best Paper Presentation awardees for the research titled, “Can I Speak Taglish po?: A Case Study of Senior High School Teachers' Translanguaging Strategies, Challenges, and Benefits in Manila.”

IE COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Our Special Needs Education major students took part in a meaningful Community Engagement activity facilitated by D**g Thap University in Vietnam.
Held at the Cao Lãnh Provincial Library, the program focused on teaching and strengthening English language skills among children through interactive reading sessions and creative poster-making activities.
Kudos to our future SPED educators for sharing their time, talent, and passion—and for making a positive impact in the community. Truly proud of you! 💚💛

SPORTS SCIENCE BENCHMARKING
The Institute of Education – Wellness and Recreation Program Department, together with our Sports Science major students, proudly welcomed Bicol University for a benchmarking visit last December 1.
The program featured an insightful seminar on Trends in Sports Science led by our esteemed faculty member, Dr. Heildenberg Dimarucot, followed by hands-on activities such as Aerobics, Pickleball, Fitness Testing, Wall Climbing, Poomsae, and an Athlete Interactive Talk.
Congratulations to all the organizers for a successful and meaningful event that strengthened collaboration and learning in the field of Sports Science! 💚💛

Last November 26, the IE–Undergraduate Studies successfully held the Teacher Education Research Forum with the theme “Fostering a Culture of Research for Educational Transformation.”
Our guest speaker, Dr. Marc Lancer Santos, Director of Teaching and Learning of the FEU Academic Standards Office, led an engaging and interactive session with our Year 4 students from Elementary Education, Secondary Education, Special Education, and Physical Education programs as they prepare for their final defense on December 3.

Momento ESSPEcial 2025
The Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Sciences Year 4 students dove into selected leadership and management books and shared the expert insights they gained—connecting timeless leadership principles with real-world applications in sports sciences.
This knowledge-sharing activity was part of Momento ESSPEcial – Building Student Excellence in Sports and Supervision: Insights for Leadership and Management, held last November 25.
Our dedicated IE faculty members and students also served as critics, guiding the presenters in strengthening their communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills.

Momento ESSPEcial 2025
The Institute of Education, together with our Sports Science Events Management students as lead organizers, successfully held the third session of Momento ESSPEcial – Building Student Excellence in Sports and Supervision: Insights for Leadership and Management last November 25 at the University Conference Center.
This inspiring session highlighted the journeys of our distinguished alumni in Sports Science and Physical Education—from their beginnings as FEU students to the milestones they’ve achieved in their professional careers.
We also proudly recognized our outstanding IE student-athletes who continue to excel in their respective sports.
Events like this remind our students to pursue excellence both in academics and athletics. Kudos to everyone behind another meaningful and empowering Momento ESSPEcial session! 💚💛
