The organization provides tutoring activities for preparatory and elementary students, value formation and health-education seminars for the misguided out-of-school youth. It also assists the Community Outreach Department in the implementation of health-related activities in the university's adopted communities. COMPASS is recognized as one of the outstanding student organizations in the university. As years move on, COMPASS has made commendable achievements that have strengthened its reputation. It is a consistent finalist in the Search for the Outstanding Student Organization in Centro Escolar University.
