Curriculum and Syllabus Developer for English Program (Part time)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Design a comprehensive syllabus and Curriculum for an English program from Beginner level to Mastery level (A1-C2 according to the CEFR scale)

Responsbibilities:
- Develop a structured syllabus and course flow for English language learners at all proficiency levels
- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans
- Integrate academic references and reputable teaching resources into the curriculum
- Make sure that program meets educational standards and student needs

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education, or related field
- Certification in English language teaching (TEFL or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of ESL/EFL teaching experience, particulary with Japanese and Chinese students
- Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Requirements:
- Can work at least 4 hours a day
- Can finish the required task within 2 months (if possible)
- Available to check progress and communicate between 10am to 4pm from Monday to Friday
