Dear NAS Family,

We are excited to share another great news — NTMA Alumni Societas, Inc. (NAS) has officially acquired its very own service van to support and serve our members better! 🙌

This project was made possible through the approval of Board Resolution No. 2025-003, allowing the purchase of the NAS Van as part of our long-term commitment to improving member services and strengthening community support. The NAS Van will provide safe, reliable, and cost-efficient transportation for NAS members, and beneficiaries — including airport pickups/drop-offs, program logistics, project deliveries, and other service needs.

The Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) has conferred the 2025 Leadership & Innovation in Maritime Award to NYK-TDG Maritime Academy (NTMA).

The award was presented during MARINA’s Annual Fellowship Night on 2025 October 03 recognizing maritime stakeholders who have made significant contributions to the development of the Philippine maritime industry.

NTMA was cited “for demonstrating exceptional vision, introducing innovative approaches, and driving meaningful change within the organization and the Philippine maritime sector.”

Thank you, MARINA, for this recognition that serves as an inspiration for us to continue advancing maritime education towards transformative excellence.
