ICYMI (August 5–6, 2026):

Over two immersive days, participants took on the role of business leaders in the Bigger Bucks: Business Acumen Simulation Training, facilitated by Mr. Alfred Ablaza, Founder & CEO of Gagement, with a message of support from Dr. Raymund Habaradas, Chair of the DLSU Department of Management and Organization.

Through an interactive business simulation, participants managed a virtual company across three financial years, making strategic decisions on pricing, investments, staffing, and operations while immediately seeing the financial impact of their choices.

On Day 1, participants navigated Financial Years 1 and 2, developing business strategies and responding to evolving market conditions. On Day 2, they completed Financial Year 3 and participated in a company scenario analysis, reflecting on their decisions, outcomes, and key business insights.

Thank you to all our participants for your enthusiasm, collaboration, and commitment throughout the training. We look forward to seeing you apply these insights to create greater value and drive better business decisions in your organizations.

The DLSU-School of Lifelong Learning in partnership with Gagement, successfully held the “Why Good Strategies Don’t Get Done” Complimentary Awareness Session at the DLSU-Manila Campus, bringing together professionals and leaders to explore why well-crafted strategies often fail in ex*****on—and how organizations can bridge the gap between planning and results.

The session was facilitated by Mr. Alfred Ablaza, with Mr. Lambert Nuñez serving as co-facilitator. Participants also gained valuable insights from the special address delivered by Dr. Gerardo “Bombit” Largoza, Executive Director of Strategy Management at DLSU, who provided valuable perspectives on driving organizational growth and long-term success.
