The Emerging Leaders Development Program for Metro Pacific Investments Corporation continued at ALTDSI, McKinley Hill, Taguig, with participants engaging in two more days of meaningful learning and leadership development.

CPD SEMINAR RECAP (May 16, 2026):
The CPD Seminar Series for Professional Accountants continued at the DLSU-Manila Campus with two insightful sessions designed to strengthen participants’ knowledge in auditing and regulatory updates.
The morning session, “Audit of Less Complex Entities,” was facilitated by Mr. Wilfredo Baltazar, who discussed key audit considerations, standards, and best practices applicable to less complex entities.
In the afternoon, Ms. Guada May Preciados facilitated the session “SEC Updates,” where participants were informed of the latest developments, regulations, and compliance requirements from the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Through these sessions, participants were able to enhance their professional competencies and stay updated on current industry practices and regulatory developments essential to the accounting profession.

PROGRAM UPDATE (May 8, 2026): Day 3 of the Emerging Leaders Development Program for Metro Pacific Investments Corporation continued at ALTDSI, McKinley Hill, Taguig.
The session featured the Performance & Coaching Excellence module, facilitated by Dr. Divina Edralin, where participants gained insights into effective performance management and coaching practices. Participants also took part in an individual reflection activity through a case study on performance management, encouraging deeper analysis and personal learning.
Another engaging session that encouraged participants to reflect, grow, and enhance their leadership and coaching competencies.

The DLSU–School of Lifelong Learning, in partnership with the Supply Chain Management Association of the Philippines, proudly celebrated the graduation ceremony of Enterprise Supply Chain Management-Batch 8, recognizing the participants’ hard work, dedication, and commitment to advancing their expertise in supply chain management.
