Due to the continuing effects of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and to ensure the safety of our learners, classes in the National Capital Region will continue through Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) on August 20, 2026.

We encourage everyone to remain vigilant, monitor official announcements, and follow the instructions provided by your teachers.

According to Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 129 dated August 18, 2026, and in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), schools in the National Capital Region are advised to implement Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) on August 19, 2026.

Upon recommendation of the Manila City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department (MCDRRMD), Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso is ordering the suspension of all classes in all levels in public and private schools on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, due to inclement weather brought about by the enhanced southwest monsoon (habagat).

According to the MCDRRMD, consistent weather models indicate moderate to heavy, at times intense rainfall expected throughout the day.

Schools are advised to shift to ADM or Alternative Delivery Mode.

Schools are advised to shift to ADM or Alternative Delivery Mode.
