To the women who make strength look gentle and love feel effortless – Happy Mother’s Day. 💐🩷
Today, we honor the hearts that nurture, the hands that guide, and the quiet heroes whose sacrifices often go unseen yet are felt in every success, every comfort, and every lesson carried through life. Your unwavering care and boundless devotion continue to inspire generations with grace and compassion.

On April 28, the St. Paul University Manila flag was raised with honor at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila as Danielle Dizon (CELA), Gab Garces (CBM), Patricia Dela Merced (CMPA), and Zach De Lara (CNAHS) represented the university in the South Manila Educational Consortium (SMEC) Ethics Bowl 2026.
While they may not have brought home the trophy, they secured a far more significant victory by showcasing the intellectual depth, resilience, and integrity that define the Paulinian spirit. These students served as exceptional ambassadors of our core values, proving that representing one’s community with pride and grace is a triumph in its own right.
Congratulations to our representatives for making the SPU Manila family immensely proud!

Cameras may be smashed and notebooks may be burned, yet the truth will always prevail. A journalist’s courage is the shield against oppression—when their voices are silenced, ours are too.
For justice. For the people. Always.
