𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | The rollout of the 𝗣𝗨𝗣 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺-𝗪𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗨𝗣 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 – 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁 continued as the PUP Student Council Commission on Audit, through the 𝘌𝘹𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘙𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴 𝘖𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 (𝘌𝘙𝘚𝘖), successfully conducted another meeting coordination with 𝗣𝗨𝗣 - 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 today, May 24, 2026.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the PUPQC Supreme Student Council for their commitment to strengthening accountability, transparency, and integrity in student governance across the PUP System. Your active participation plays a vital role in advancing this initiative.

This likewise marks the final meeting coordination for this semester. As we conclude this phase, we thank all participating campuses for their cooperation and meaningful engagement in this endeavor.

We would like to thank The PUP SRC Student Council for their continuous support, cooperation, and commitment to upholding transparency and accountability in student leadership. Your active participation marks a significant step toward building a more standardized and responsible student governance system across the PUP community.

This is to clarify the status of Financial Statement submissions of Local Student Councils (LSCs) for Fiscal Year 2024–2025.

𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧: As of March 28, 2026, all of the Local Student Councils are still unclear with their financial liabilities as their financial statements for 𝗙.𝗬. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝗽𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀. This is a reminder for the student councils that the Commission will only accept submissions until June 28, 2026. Submissions past the said date will result in failure to acquire financial clearance for the said student council.

The PUP Gender Equity, Diversity, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) Office sincerely thanks the offices and members of the PUP community who generously donated sanitary napkins, tampons, and other menstrual hygiene products in support of our menstrual health initiative. We extend our appreciation to the Office of the President, Extension Management Office, Research Management and Intellectual Property Office, Institutional Quality Management Office, and the Research Institute for Human and Social Development, as well as members of the GEDSI Office, for their valuable contributions.

Through this initiative, every Juana within the PUP community is encouraged to avail of 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗻𝗮𝗽𝗸𝗶𝗻𝘀 at the 𝗚𝗘𝗗𝗦𝗜 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺 409, 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱. This effort aims to ensure that essential menstrual hygiene products are readily available for those who may need them while on campus.

We are also still accepting donations of sanitary napkins, tampons, and other menstrual hygiene products. Those who wish to contribute may drop off their donations at the PUP GEDSI Office, and any form of support will greatly help us continue providing accessible menstrual health resources within the PUP community.

A RESOLUTION FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF POLICY, REGULATIONS, AND SANCTIONS FOR STUDENT COUNCIL AUDITING INITIATIVE OF THE POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES - MANILA FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-2026

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | The PUP SC COA attended the PUP Student Council Assembly last February 9, 2026 at the Student Regent’s Office.

During the assembly, the PUP SC COA shared updates, concerns, and recommendations on the ongoing audit processes and related matters.

For 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀, CTHTM, SKM, CBA, and CHK are still pending for the A.Y. 2023-2024. However, for A.Y. 2024-2025, audits are still ongoing. The PUP SC COA requested a meeting with SKM, along with the SCs, to discuss the matter. Hence, a meeting is for SCs to address the issues for A.Y. 2023.

As for the 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, PUP SC COA is currently handling the 1st semester of auditing. In addition, a directory is being created to assess if satellite campuses have their own PUP SC COA commission on their respective campuses. This move is crucial for the future establishment of PUP SC COA offices in satellite campuses. Lastly, the Chairperson raised that the Student Councils should have their own accounting journals to track expenses manually and maintain transparency.

The PUP SC COA remains committed to upholding accountability, transparency, and integrity in all student council financial processes.
