On behalf of CMAS Philippines, we would like to anounce that Mr Philmar Madriaga with card # 057236 and DiveMaster Serial # PHI-F01-P3-M31-21-000049 is no longer affiliated/member of CMAS Philippines due to illegal Spear Fishing in Full Scuba Gears at the Cathedral Rocks last April 21, 2025 at around 7pm which is a Declared Marine Sanctuary located at Anilao, Mabini, Batangas that caused the revocation of his DiveMaster License.
