The Manila Guidance Counselors Workshop, led by EducationUSA Philippines in partnership with the De La Salle University Libraries' American Corner Manila, served as a meaningful platform for strengthening the role of guidance counselors in supporting students pursuing international education opportunities in the U.S.

AC Manila supported the program by sharing its services and initiatives, providing space support, and facilitating social media activity during breaks. EducationUSA also generously donated books to AC Manila, enriching its EducationUSA collection for future programs. Participants likewise had the chance to explore the newly renovated space.

Designing smarter, greener spaces!

Students from De La Salle University Manila and Laguna campuses explored AI-assisted 3D design with SketchUp, drafting Green Library concepts under the expert guidance of Ar. Jared Aaron R. Cruz.

The program also highlighted campus resources, with librarians Gerald Dino and Luis Cruz introducing the De La Salle University Libraries’ Makerspace facilities, programs, and services to the attendees.
