In celebration of National Women's Month 2025, the ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau (ILCDB) hosted the “Her Hands, Her Art” activity on March 17, 2025, from 1 pm-3 pm at the Seminar Room, DICT Valenzuela.

The event featured participants from various ILCDB divisions showcasing their artistic talents in honor of women worldwide. A panel of judges, consisting of the division chiefs, selected the winners, celebrating creativity and the significant contributions of women.
