On Sunday, August 16, 2026, the PUP College of Law Student Council, Inc. proudly joined fellow law student governments across the National Capital Region in the ALSP‑NCR RECONNECT leadership assembly.

Representing the Council were President Russel Angelo Toribio and Vice-President for External Affairs Marvin L. Salazar, who stood alongside student leaders in strengthening partnerships, trust, and communication while exploring new avenues for meaningful collaboration.

With them was Ms. Monalyn Rivera, ALSP‑NCR Regional Director for Academic Affairs and a fellow law student from the PUP College of Law, whose presence highlighted the spirit of unity and shared purpose within our COLmmunity.

This gathering was more than an assembly—it was a reaffirmation of our collective commitment to serve, connect, and empower law students across NCR.

Reconnect. Revitalize. Renew.

For the students. For a stronger PUP COLmmunity. ⚖️💜

Today, we honor the life and legacy of Sen. Benigno “Ninoy” S. Aquino Jr., whose courage and sacrifice continue to inspire generations of Filipinos to uphold freedom, justice, and love for our nation.

May his words remind us of our duty to serve with integrity and compassion — for our people, and for our beloved Philippines.
