They’re there, and the best part is they’re free. WIA ACADEMY, is located in the heart of Manila which is located near the downtown area of the Metropolis. We have a very strategic location where we draw children from the various district of Manila e.g. A small number of our children also come from the neighboring City like Caloocan and Quezon City. WIA ACADEMY, INC. Preschool is a two story floor

preschool catering for 20 children in the 4-5 year age range. WIA provides early education and care for children from 9am – 3pm five days per week (Monday to Friday). Present clientelles of WIA ACADEMY INC. are coming from the community of Sta. Mesa and Tondo whose parents are mostly working-parents, and some of them are overseas workers, and most importantly, the young children. WIA has strong working relationships with the Local Government, Health Centers and the Department of Social Welfare and Services, and the Homeowners Association of Felix Huertas.

The full-time center offers the finest nursery facilities available for children 6 weeks to 24 months, and a full day/year-round professional teaching staff for preschoolers ages 2 to 5 years. Our "Super K" program is designed for 3-1/2 to 5 year old to prepare them for their all important school years ahead. We offer an extensive School Age program for before and after school; including transportation to and from their homes, well planned activities to keep them busy with age appropriate groupings. Furthermore, our preschool and professionals working in our service are expected to adhere to specific legal systems to ensure compliance. These include the following:

Pagkatapos ng apat na taon, finally, magkakaroon ulit ng leap year o February 29. Huling nagkaroon ng leap year noong 2020. Gayunman, ang mga taong ipinanganak ng Pebrero 29 ay nagdiriwang tuwing March 1 kapag walang leap year.

Nagkakaroon lamang ng leap year pagkalipas ng apat na taon. Kung ang tropical year ay 365.24 days, common year 365 days at leap year ay 366 days, nagkaroon ng leap year dahil kailangan nating mapanatili ang modern day.

Sinukat ito ng mga astronomers mula sa March equinox. Ayon sa mga eksperto, ang mundo ay umiikot ng 365.242189 days o 365 days, 5 hours, 48 minutes at 45 seconds na umiikot sa araw na tinatawag na tropical year.

Si Roman General Julius Caesar ang nag-implement ng “leap” sa kanyang Julian calendar at in-introduced niya ito noong 45 BC at ang leap day ay Pebrero 24 at huling buwan ng taon.

Gayunman, sa pagdaragdag ng araw kada apat na taon, taong 1582 nang ipinakilala ni Pope Gregory XIII ang Gregorian calendar na patuloy nating ginagamit hanggang ngayon.

Ang kalendaryong ito ay ginamitan ng tamang pormula para makuha ang tamang sukat para sa leap day na tinatawag ding biss*xtile years.
