CAH-Ligtasan TIPS 🧠💜

Breaking Point? Make It a Breathing Point.

Deadlines piling up? Exams around the corner? Feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities?

Stress is a normal part of life, especially for students, but too much stress can affect your physical health, emotions, and academic performance. Recognizing the signs early is the first step toward taking control.

Take care of yourself by getting enough sleep, eating nutritious meals, staying active, and making time for the things you enjoy. Most importantly, don’t hesitate to reach out to friends, family, or professionals when things feel too heavy to carry alone.

Your mind deserves the same care and attention that you give to your studies.

Know the signs. Take control. Choose wellness before reaching your breaking point. 💜✨

🧠 Boundaries Build Better Leaders 🧠

CAHre Forum 2026 | May 23, 2026

Not every opportunity is meant to be taken, and not every responsibility is yours to carry.

At the CAHre Forum 2026 held last May 23, 2026, Maria Miguela Deato, RPm, emphasized an often overlooked lesson in leadership and personal growth; the importance of setting boundaries.

As students and leaders, we are constantly presented with opportunities to do more, achieve more, and take on more. However, true wisdom lies in knowing when to pause, evaluate, and prioritize what truly matters.

Your mental health deserves the same attention and care that you give to your responsibilities.

💛 “For the sake of your mental health, weigh things kung ano ang mas importante.”

Because leadership is not about doing everything. It is about doing what matters most while taking care of yourself along the way.

🌟 Humans First, Leaders Always 🌟

CAHlayo Leadership Forum 2026 | May 23, 2026

What does it truly mean to lead?

During the CAHlayo Leadership Forum 2026 held last May 23, 2026, Christine Joyce Gallano, RMT, MLS(ASCPi) CM, shared a powerful reminder that resonated with every aspiring student leader in attendance:

“Students, you are humans first before you are leaders.”

In a world that often glorifies perfection, leadership is not about carrying every burden alone or sacrificing your entire being for a title. It is about remaining authentic, grounded, and true to yourself while serving others.

A genuine leader does not strive to be perfect. A genuine leader strives to make a difference.

💡 “You don’t have to become a perfect leader, you just need to be a genuine one.”

𝗦𝗗𝗔𝗢 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | In consideration of the continuously increasing heat index, the university extends the temporary dress code leniency until June 6, 2026.

Students may continue wearing authorized alternative attire in place of the standard school uniform to ensure comfort and well-being during the current heatwave conditions.

Please be guided accordingly and continue to observe proper dress decorum within the university premises.

“Seryoso ba’to?? Finals na?”

CAH-patids this week:

📖 Running from distractions
📖 Running to the library
📖 Running out of time
❌ Running away from finals

Mukhang may mga gustong tumakbo, pero hindi tayo makakatakas sa Finals Week. 😭📚

As we take on our final examinations, remember that this is just one last run before the school year comes to an end. You’ve survived countless lectures, laboratory activities, case studies, reports, return demonstrations, practicals, and sleepless nights. Ngayon, konting push na lang!

Take time to rest, pray, and believe in yourself. Every page you’ve reviewed, every effort you’ve made, and every challenge you’ve overcome brought you to this moment.

Good luck, CAH-patids! May your stock knowledge appear at the right time, may your guesses be educated, and may your coffee be strong enough to carry you through finals week. ☕📖✨

💚 BEST OF LUCK ON YOUR FINAL EXAMINATIONS!
📅 June 1–6, 2026
