THE CONSTELLATIONS ARE LOOKING BACK AT YOU ✨🌌

Under Proclamation No. 302, Philippine Space Week is an annual nationwide celebration to promote space science awareness, honor Filipinos and their contributions to the field, and highlight space technology for national development.

To mark the occasion, DOST-PAGASA is offering free planetarium shows and telescope viewing from August 10 to 13 in Quezon City.

HOPING FOR CLEAR SKIES THIS AUGUST! ⭐

PAGASA on Friday announced the astronomical events for the month of August.

According to the state astronomical bureau, the Kappa Cygnids meteor shower, from August 3 to 25, and the northern constellations Lyra, Sagitta, and Aquila, will be among the visible celestial objects for the month.

The country will also celebrate National Space Week from August 8-14.
