LOOK: Dr. Emmanuel L. Ferrer, Vice President for Research and Extension of the Technological University of the Philippines (TUP), was invited as an external evaluator at the 2023 Research In-House Proposal for faculties in Laguna State Polytechnic University - Sta. Cruz Main Campus. During his visit, he had a productive conversation with Dr. Rina J. Arcigal, LSPU-Sta. Cruz Campus Research Chairperson, to explore possibilities for future academic collaborations and cooperation between both universities.
