As we look back on 2025, we are filled with gratitude for a year defined by collaboration, resilience, and shared purpose.

Maraming salamat po sa aming researchers, extension workers, innovators, college deans, campus directors, R&E coordinators, staff, and partners—ang inyong sipag, dedikasyon, at malasakit ang naging pundasyon ng mga tagumpay ng Research and Extension sector. Each proposal refined, project implemented, and community served reflects our collective commitment to excellence and service to the nation.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to the University leadership and campus officials for the constant guidance and unwavering support that enabled us to move forward with clarity and confidence.

As one TUP community, we remain steadfast in our mission and hopeful for the year ahead.

First, thank you to Engr. Reynaldo P. Ramos, Ph.D., EnP, for your continued leadership and support in advancing research and innovation here at TUP. Your vision truly inspires us all!

Big thanks also to our R&E staff and officials, campus directors, college deans, ADREs, heads, and R&E coordinators—your dedication and hard work were key to the success of this event. We couldn’t have done it without all of you!

To our researchers, extension workers, and innovators, thank you for your tireless contributions. You are the ones who make Saliksik, Serbisyo, at Sipi para sa Bayan a reality.

A special thank you to Engr. Hero De Guzman for conceptualizing this year’s Gawad Parangal. Your leadership and vision in driving research, extension, and innovation are what made this event truly meaningful and memorable.

We also want to express our deepest appreciation for the support of the different sectors and Vice Presidents who attended and helped make this event a success. Your presence and support truly mean a lot to us.

And of course, a big shoutout to Dr. Eric Malo-oy for graciously accepting our invite to be our guest speaker despite the short notice. Your insights and presence really made the event even more special.
