Hi Batchmates,

We know this is the sad part of our batch to remember our Batchmates who are at peace now.
The committee decided to make a short video in memoriam of them.

We would like to kindly ask, if you can give us names of our batchmates who already passed away.
We highly appreciate your help if you can provide the full name, Birthday and Date of death and if possible their photo as well.

20 more days to come. Count down begins😊😊❤️❤️Be safe to all and May God Bless us always.

To All Batchmates:

Time flies we are fast approaching the month of May 2023. I know everyone are so excited to our upcoming 30th anniversary reunion. We would like to kindly update you with regards to same.

As we all know the registration will start @ 9.30 am till 10.45 am. Photo booth available outside the hall. One solo photo magnet fridge will
be free for each attendee( prepare for the best outfit you have). Any extra photos will be charged accordingly. Two photographers are onsite. One c/o batchmate and the other one is our official photographer.
Souvenir items will be distributed upon registration, numbered stubs for photo and raffle draws will be included with the souvenir items pack.

Sitting arrangement according to section/alphabetical order.

At 11.00 am program starts.
The registration section will be closed @ 10.50am. Late comers can come straight inside the venue hall. One of the registration committee will be sitting at the side door inside the hall.

Food will be served at 12.30 pm. Buffet style.
NB: To those who are on VEGAN DIET Please pm Ms. Sahagun Dejan ASAP to inform the hotel and the food will be plating, served on your table not included in buffet.

NB: Any batchmates who are willing to bring wine, champagne or hard drinks all are more than welcome! but please inform the committee or you can bring/send it to Dusit Hotel Concierge c/o Sahagun Dejan the day before our reunion day( per hotel’s regulations). This is the mobile no. of Sahagun Dejan- 0925 3767012 regarding wines alcoholic drinks and some pikapika foods like nuts (for snack while we are outside the venue hall during registration) feel free to donate.🥰
Corkage fee of 500 per opened bottle. Please coordinate with Sarmiento Salvador

A very important reminder:
To those batchmates who still eager to attend up to the last minute , Your all more than welcome!!! but unfortunately the hotel will charge you an extra 20% for the food and it is not buffet. And also no souvenir items will be given to you. Except the solo photo magnet.

And also just a friendly reminder this event is exclusive to the CONFIRMED ATTENDEES ONLY:
no family members allowed (husband, children or relatives)
Or special friends or pets.

Batchmates,

Greetings!

I have to be honest and straight forward po sa ating lahat.
As we all know mabilis po yun panahon and although next year pa ang reunion we tried to organized as early as for our 30th year reunion kasi po for the benefit na makapag handa ng maaga and at the same time yung mga kabatch mates natin na living abroad.
Nag karoon po ng mga committee members to plan and organized the event na sobrang supportive at hard workers para makatulong sa ating reunion.
Nagkaroon ng group chat at group page para po may constant communication and open for suggestions and welcome po kung sino ang gusto maging committee to help.
Ito po ang punchlines😊.

Because venue usually is one of the first thing to organise. Nagkaroon po tayo ng voting/polling kung saan ang ating venue and majority of the confirmed attendeess decided to do our reunion sa DUSIT THANI HOTEL MAKATI. Sosyal di ba😍 and we were posting with regards sa payment for our reservation deadline po si August 30, 2022. Almost every other day na po ang posting for the past month to remind us about the payment lalo na yung mga confirmed attendees kasi nga po HINDE MASESECURE ANG VENUE KUNG HINDI TAYO MAG BABAYAD NG RESERVATION FEE!!!….
Now naiintindihan ko po and ng mga committee na karamihan sa atin ei busy sa life and ang iba sinasabi malayo pa naman.
😊for me may pag ka f***l minded tayo minsan or madalas. sorry honest lang kasi not too sure po ang iba sa atin kung magbayad or hindi. pero nag commit po tayo. Kahit man lang sana Paramdam lang reply sa posting about payment may konting Respect to inform the committee kung ano po ang desisyon ninyo kasi nde naman po pwedeng ang committee ang maiipit in the long run. And kudos to some of our batchmates that are super responsible to pay and reply immediately, and to those who gave their plegdes/ financial and in kind support, Hats off to those who responded to our post.❤️❤️❤️

To all who confirmed attendance and secret attendees,
Please try to be responsible enough to inform us if you can pay in full or half before August 30,2022. If not naman po kayo makabayad please be considerate to reply din.
Any of the committee members as far as I know has no super power to read your minds and decisions.
We are doing our best inspite of our busy life too just like yours to make our 30th year reunion possible and meaningful and memorable🥰🥰🥰.

My apology po sa mga sensitive and balat sibuyas na batchmates kung may nde po kayo nagustuhan sa mga sinabi ko.
And sa malawak ang pang unawa at naaiintindihan po ang aking paliwanag I highly appreciate your kind considerations.

But we need your immediate response and payments so we can move forward organising our 30th year reunion.

"A Kindly REMINDER to all of us"

Dear batchmates, 10 months to go before our 30th batch reunion. The organizing committee is doing our best to make this event successful. This is the time to reminisce our college year and it is a perfect time for us to get together and have fun.

In order for us to finalize our reservations with the venue, we need to generate a total of PhP50,000 by August 30, 2022. We will really appreciate if you can help us generate this amount by paying for your share. You may pay in full or partial.

“To all who committed and confirmed their attendance this is a gentle reminder on our contribution as we a finalizing the headcount for our venue. “

Thank you for supporting our batch event and we look forward to seeing you on May 20,2023.

Proceeds or any excess of the event will be donated to Home for the Aged Quezon City.
