The BARCARSE COLLEGES with Psychological Center has been granted a Business Permit to Operate from the City of Manila with Permit Number 2025-000056255, a HyFlex College in the heart of the City of Manila that applies a learning model which embraces flexibility, inclusivity, innovation and practitioners ready. The college will offer curricular programs wherein Topnotch Lecturers, Professors and Industry Practitioners will simultaneously teach onsite Manila and/or flexible online. The college have been granted by the Department of Trade and Industry with DTI Certificate and Business Number 7183154. Watch out for the pioneer graduate and undergraduate degree programs to be announced soon based on the requirements and standards set by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Permit to Operate and Professional Regulations Commission (PRC). BARCARSE COLLEGES with Psychological Center and Review Center is the first of its kind in the Philippines wherein graduates with licensure examinations are ready to take national board exams.
