📍 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗟𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮

👩‍🍳 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐬:
1. Each nursing section will send one group composed of three (3) members to represent their section.
2. There will be eight (8) participating sections, and each student will contribute a ₱10 registration fee to support materials, certificates, and prizes.
3. The main ingredient, kalabasa (squash), must be creatively incorporated into the dish prepared by each group.
4. At the start of the contest, a mystery twist ingredient will be revealed that must also be included in the dish.
5. Each group must prepare four (4) servings of their dish at home and bring them on the contest day:
- 1 serving for display
- 3 servings for the judges’ tasting
- (Optional) Additional serving for People’s Choice Award tasting.
6. A hard copy of the recipe must be displayed alongside the dish.
7. Each group will present their dish to the judges, explaining the use of ingredients, nutritional benefits, cooking process, and challenges encountered.
8. Dishes will be evaluated based on creativity, taste, presentation, nutritional value, and effective use of ingredients.
9. Awards will be given for Best Overall Dish, Best Kalabasa Innovation, Best Presentation, and People’s Choice Award.

𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞’𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝: ⭐️:
Each dish will have a QR code for voting, allowing participants to vote for their favorite dish based on presentation and concept. The dish with the highest number of votes wins.
