Leadership is not only about holding a position โ it is about influence, responsibility, and service.
Last March 31, 2026, the JPIA Apprenticeship Program successfully conducted its Online Leadership Training, featuring Ms. Aldrick Paz Lyn M. Otero as the resource speaker. Through her inspiring journey and meaningful insights, apprentices were guided to better understand the realities of student leadership โ its qualities, challenges, and the commitment it requires.
The session highlighted the importance of balancing academic responsibilities with organizational duties, reminding us that leadership requires discipline, time management, and a strong sense of purpose. Moreover, the discussion on communication and collaboration emphasized that effective teamwork is the foundation of efficient project management and successful initiatives.
More than just a training, the session became a moment of reflection โ encouraging every apprentice to step forward with confidence, lead with integrity, and serve with purpose. As JPIAns, may we continue to grow as leaders who not only strive for excellence but also uplift others along the way.
Thank you, Ms. Otero, for sharing your wisdom and inspiring the next generation of student leaders.
