On October 16, 2024, the College of International Relations and the LPU Project for Asian and International Relations hosted its third session of IR in Praxis on "Cultural and Public Diplomacy as Levers of Soft Power."
Assistant Secretary Arvin R. De Leon from the Office of Public Diplomacy and Assistant Secretary Celia Anna M. Feria from the Office of Cultural Diplomacy, both from the Department of Foreign Affairs, were the invited speakers at the event.

As the nationwide transport strike will continue to September 24, 2024, all face-to-face lecture classes will transition to online synchronous modality. However, CITHM laboratory classes, Psychology laboratory classes, and CAS production and computer laboratory classes will continue face-to-face as planned.
Furthermore, all preliminary exams originally scheduled for tomorrow, September 24, will be postponed to October 8, 2024. Thus, in lieu of the exams, teachers will conduct online lecture classes.
Please take note of these changes and adjust your schedules accordingly.
