ATTENTION!

Last Call for those who want to get their Yearbook Batch 14, 16 to 2021 we will be giving you a chance to get your yearbook within this week because batch 2022's yearbook is nearly coming and we will focus on distributing on it.

REQUIREMENT/S:

- Tracer Study (Already Pinned in the Top)
- Photocopy of your Company Id (If you have work)
- If you are not available you may ask a favor of your classmates or relatives, just present an Authorization Letter and copy of your id.

We would like to remind Yearbook 2021 subscribers who have not yet claimed their yearbook to do so on October 08 – 09, 2022 (Saturday and Sunday). This will be the final time and deadline for release, and failure to claim by the deadline will result in a storage fee.

You may now claim your yearbook starting on July 16, 2022 at the EARIST Alumni Association Office (EARISTAA), Valencia St. Nagtahan, Sampaloc, Manila (beside CEN Building).

Claiming of yearbook is only available every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am - 08:00 pm.

Kindly download, print, and fill-out (back to back legal size bond paper) the Graduate Tracer Study Form posted on this page and present it along with the photocopy of your employee ID (if employed) and proof of payment (acknowledgment receipt).

If you are unable to claim your yearbook, you may authorize another person to do so using your signed Authorization Letter and a photocopy of your ID.

EARISTians Graduation Picture 2021

You may now claim your graduation pictures starting today (November 24, 2021) until November 28, 2021 from 01:00 PM onwards at EARIST Alumni Association Office, Valencia St. Sampaloc, Manila (beside CEN Building).

For those who are not able to claim your graduation pictures, you may authorize another person with your signed Authorization Letter.

Kindly print (back to back legal size bond paper) and fill-out the attached Graduate Tracer Study Form and bring a photocopy of your company I.D (back to back) for those who are now working.

Remember to bring your own pen and follow all safety protocols.
