We are excited to announce that CBPA Student Government are now looking for new active committee members!

𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗢𝗙:

• 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 - shall take charge of the internal affairs of the organization, by ensuring the issuances, communications, and instructions are properly created, disseminated in the concerned committees and divisions, and well-documented and stored, documents are well handed and all are in proper procedure.

• 𝗪𝗮𝘆𝘀 & 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 - shall take charge of planning and undertaking financial activities; soliciting needed financial assistance for projects, and assisting in the proper management of all funds of the CBPA-SG.

• 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 - shall Conduct/coordinate seminars, symposia, tutoring classes, trainings and the like that will benefit the studentry, Create and maintain educational drive that will help inculcate social awareness and right values, Create and provide opportunities and means for educational assistance to the studentry. Provide ways and means for the verification and solution for various academic issues and problems that concern the studentry and the Institute and Conduct researches and studies to supply the studentry with knowledge and information relevant to their studies.

• 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 & 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - shall plan, implement and evaluate the project regarding the cleanliness and beautification of the Institute.

• 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 - shall take charge of all comments, suggestions, recommendations and problems arising from the students, relationship with fellow students, faculty members, non-teaching personnel and the administration.

• 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗦𝗢 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - shall take charge of all matters regarding the elections of the Class Student Organization under the CBPA.

• 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗼-𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 & 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 - shall take charge of the development of student activities regarding sports, civic and cultural activities.

• 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 & 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 - Shall be responsible in maintaining the peace and order of the CBPA.

• 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 - shall be responsible in all designs within the organization, whether it is digital or physical.

• 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁 - shall check the disbursement of student government funds, coordinate with the CSG treasurers for the proper expenditures of the organization; shall promulgate rules and regulations to safeguard student government funds and properties.

• 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 - shall take charge of all the projects of CSG, which are not included in the calendar of activities, that will emerge in the whole school year.

• 𝗖𝗕𝗣𝗔-𝗦𝗚 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 - shall take charge of all generating income projects of CBPA-SG.
