LumiGaya is an advocacy campaign that seeks to raise awareness about workplace gender inequality in the Philippines, its causes and effects, and the steps that we can take to combat it. We desire to contribute to a personal, institutional and global movement towards gender inequality through educational and policy-based action wherein the following vision is attained:
"Tayo’y Lumigaya sa patas na pakikitungo sa trabaho. Sapagkat ako’y Gaya mo, at ika’y Gaya ko. "
This project is led by a group of Behavioral Sciences students from De La Salle University – Francine Bacud, Samantha Castillo, Kylie Chang, Sebastian Cue, Sofia Palisoc, and Mickaella Raganit.
