International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (IDADAIT) 2024
Every 26th of June is the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (IDADAIT). Observed by all United Nations member countries, it was established by a resolution passed during the UN General Assembly on December 7, 1987, and further solidified by Presidential Proclamation No. 264, dated June 1, 1988. This day serves as a powerful symbol of our collective commitment to strengthening action and cooperation in achieving a world free of drug abuse.
The Student Discipline Formation Office (SDFO) will spearhead the University observance of the IDADAIT 2024 with the theme ‘The evidence is clear: Invest in Prevention.’
Please see the calendar of activities.
Join us as we aim to create a safer, healthier, and more informed Lasallian community!

Frequently Asked Questions Regarding DTC Verification
Q1. Is there a possible extension on the DTC verification for ID 121 and below?
A1. The verification process is open until June 26, 2024. You may walk in on other dates.
DTC Verification Dates:
June 6, 7, 10 & 11: ID 121 and below
June 13, 14, 18 & 19: ID 122
June 20, 21, 25 & 26: ID 123
_____
Q2. Is there an online verification process? I can’t go onsite because I have OJT on weekdays, and my classes are purely online. Can I authorize someone to verify my DTC Submission?
A2. There is no online verification process. Likewise, the HSO does not accept email DTC Submission verification. Those who may not be able to verify onsite may authorize someone to verify their DTC submission status prior to their drug testing schedule or ahead of time to avoid further delay in the drug testing process.
If you authorize someone else to verify your account and receive the acknowledgment receipt on your behalf, the following requirements need to be presented to the concierge:
1) An authorization letter from the requesting student,
2) A photocopy of the valid ID of the person requesting verification and the authorized person.
—--
Q3. My parents are in the province. Can they e-sign the DTC?
A3. The parent's signature on the DTC can be an e-signature.
CLARIFICATION ON DTC VERIFICATION
THE DTC Verification Process is to verify if the student has already submitted a Drug Test Consent (DTC) either last year (A.Y. 2022-2023) OR this term (A.Y. 2023-2024 Term 3). You must submit only ONE DTC for your whole stay in the University.
If you already submitted a DTC during the last year’s Drug Testing, you may proceed to the Concierge to verify your submission. If verified, you do not need to submit anything.
If you HAVE NOT submitted a DTC during the previous year’s Drug Testing, you must submit your accomplished DTC at the Concierge, only then will you be verified.
Those who may not be able to verify during weekdays and schedule your drug testing on a Saturday, you may authorize someone to verify your DTC submission status ahead of time. This is to avoid further delay in the process of your drug testing.
Upon verification, ensure that you secure and keep the DTC Acknowledgement Receipt up until you present that at the drug testing site during your drug testing schedule.
Note: If you authorize someone else to verify your account and receive the acknowledgment receipt on your behalf, the following requirements need to be presented to the concierge:
1) An authorization letter from the requesting student,
2) A photocopy of the valid ID of the person requesting for verification and the authorized person.
Please be guided accordingly.
Thank you.

It's UAAP season, and we would like to remind all students to be
mindful of behaviors and morally discerning of all acts and decisions.
Scalping and unjust enrichment are contrary to the values and principles we espouse at the University. Such an act may be deemed as a violation of some provisions indicated in Section V of the Student Handbook, which are considered major discipline offenses.
Proper Turn Over of Lost and Found Items
The Student Discipline Formation Office (SDFO) recognizes the efforts of the Lasallian community in announcing, through various social media platforms, the recovery of lost items. However, we remind students that failure to surrender lost and found items to the SDFO Lost and Found and Clearance Section (LFCS) may lead to a major offense (SHB Sec. 5.3.1.13). The act constitutes unjust enrichment and is contrary to the Lasallian values of Honesty and Integrity.
We implore everyone to use social media responsibly and consider the direct and indirect implications of the information we share on these platforms.
Other Lost and Found concerns:
Reporting Lost Items
To assist members of the DLSU Community with their lost item/s on campus, they may report them to the SDFO LFCS by visiting the office and/or filling out this Lost Item Reporting Form: https://bit.ly/SDFOLostItem

Found and unclaimed items may be checked through the Lost and Found Item Dashboard: https://bit.ly/LFCSDashboard

PROMOTING ACADEMIC HONESTY IN THE UNIVERSITY
Hello, Lasallians!
The university puts a premium on academic honesty. As you take your midterm exams or submit required papers, please be mindful of relevant provisions in our Student Handbook.
Students’ academic requirements, such as assignments, term papers, computer programs/ projects, and thesis papers, should be their own work. (Sec. 4.15). Students must distinguish between their own ideas and those of other authors.
A student caught cheating, as defined in Sec. 5.3.1.1., shall be penalized with a grade of 0.0 in the requirement or in the course, at the discretion of the faculty member, without prejudice to an administrative sanction (Section 10.3).
We also created an infographic material to share with you helpful tips for successful exam preparation.
Good luck on your midterms!
Do you know what to do in case you left your ID?
To ensure safety and security on campus, students must scan their ID upon entry and visibly wear it while on University grounds (see Student Handbook, Section 1.7).
Here we are providing you with pubs to guide you on the ID-related policies.
Welcome, Lasallians!
To create a safe, peaceful, and healthy learning environment, the Student Discipline Formation Office (SDFO) would like to remind everyone of the basic rules and regulations that we must observe and follow in and off campus University-sponsored activities.
Please refer to your student handbook to see the complete list of the University policies.
Together, we can make our campus a better learning place for everyone.
