Hi! I'm Dang, that's what my husband used to call me. I am a registered Chemist by profession, also a Licensed Financial advisor, business minded woman, investor, mother to two lovely girls, and a servant of God. This page was created to share adventures and learnings in the kitchen, to incorporate Science in every food, drinks or sweets my chidren and I make.
