Ever wanted to learn about basic self-defense and philosophical self-development lessons? Why not try it out for yourself!

Nihon Bunka-bu, in collaboration with DLSU Karate Club, will hold a FREE WORKSHOP FOR BEGINNERS called "Karatedo - The Way of The Empty Hand" happening this March 30, 2019 at the De La Salle University Manila - Enrique Razon Sports Complex! General Assembly will start at Greenway Square on 12:00 PM. Drinks will be served during training.

Please bring your own water jug, workout attire, and a pen for evaluation forms.
This event will only accept a maximum of 9 participants.
