Pursuant to Resolution No. 11 (S.2023), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the public the new documentary requirements starting the August 2023 schedule of the Medical Technologists Licensure Examination (MTLE):

𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗿:

Degree/Course Requirement: Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, or Bachelor of Science in Public Health, or Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science

Documentary Requirements:

1. Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) - issued Birth Certificate;
2. PSA - issued Marriage Contract/Certificate (for married female
applicants);
3. Transcript of Records (TOR), with scanned picture and remarks "For Board Examination Purposes"

𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀:

• Certificate of Completion of 12 months Refresher Course issued by the institution, OR
• Certificate of Attendance in accredited internship training laboratory signed by the Head of the Laboratory, stating that he/she has completed the rotation in the different sections indicating the length of training

The Certificate of Completion of 12 months Refresher Course shall bear the following:

1. Name of the Refresher taker
2. Inclusive date the course was taken
3. Module used and components of the module
4. Name of the school / accredited laboratory
5. Name and signature of the dean of the school / head of the laboratory
